I am the adoptive mother of a son, Velizar, born in Bulgaria.  I am
interested in finding any information I can find about the meaning and
origin of his given name, Velizar.  If anyone can give me such
information, refer me to someone knowledgable in Bulgarian names, and/or
refer me to anyone with the name Velizar....I would greatly appreciate it.
